凯特Dunbavan and Kate Usher, from the Student Success team, accepted the ‘Student Success Initiative of the Year 2022’ Student Social Mobility award on behalf of 的 十大电子游戏正规平台 Success Programme.
Organised by the charity upReach, the Student Social Mobility Awards celebrate undergraduates, 第六个框架, 老师, 导师, employers and universities who champion social mobility and enable others to succeed.
Held in 的 House of Lords on Thursday 21st July, this is the first year the awards have expanded the award to universities.
的 十大电子游戏正规平台 Success Programme was commended by the panel for its coaching-led approach. 的 judging panel comprises students plus ten leading individuals from the fields of academia, 教育, 和业务.
的 十大电子游戏正规平台 Success Programme supports undergraduate students to thrive at 十大电子游戏正规平台 through 1:1 coaching led personal development, action learning sets and access to an Enrichment Fund to support their studies (in partnership with the 图书馆 and 校友).
Over the last three years, more than 1300 1:1s have taken place with students online and in-person supporting them with academic studies, 设定目标, wellbeing and making new connections.
